Identity Not Confirmed

Hello,

We get the "Identity Not Confirmed" several times. Since then we have gone into trouble shooting and trying to get answers. Our problem is
Messenger was hacked and tried to change the password on Facebook to reinstall messenger.
We access messenger from Facebook not an app.
The account name is under one name. Because we have changed our email account address and phone number it is and not it seems impossible to get the old account up for Facebook.
We've listed 3 different email changes, but it wasn't changed in Facebook and now the we get the message, Identity Not Found.

Hi

What kind of help are you expecting from us? It's perfectly normal that if you changed your email and phone number that you should not be able to access your Facebook which still has the old email and phone.

Is your Facebook page presently online for everyone to see?

You use the pronoun "we" ! Do you have multiple personalities?
