Screen resolution is less or screen is small

Hello,
I have a mini laptop.so screen resolution is less or screen is small. so, some features didn't show on screen of a software. i had changed resolution. but problem became same. please tell me how can i zoom out my laptop screen. I know that if any software is there to zoom out screen then my problem can solve.

I am requesting you that plz help me.
