Removal of Norton Internet security

Hello,
I have just purchase norton 360 from a local retailer. but when i try to install this on my computer it says norton internet security needs to be removed first.

i tryed the add/removal progams but this didnt work.

i tryed to purchase removal tool but this didnt work.


can someone help me.!!
