I need help getting back into my yahoo account

Hello,

I'm trying to access my yahoo account failed.. show is "not you"
my yahoo account is " ***@***"
I also cannot open facebook account due wrong password..


Kindly solve my problem..

For email last open this.yr...for Facebook last open last month..october
