Win XP internet connection

hi I've been trying for days to use this computer on the internet and tryed everything and I'm am tired and I do not know how to use a Windows XP and just keep trying but can't find any solution it keeps saying the page cannot be displayed and I'm trying my best and I do everything it tell me to do but doesn't work someone please help me?

Try this one

Go to command prompt
In the Black Command Box Type: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Hit Enter Key

Restart the computer and try to log in and browse the Internet.

If the problem persists, continue using these steps.
In command prompt

In Black Command Box Type: netsh winsock reset

Hit Enter Key

Restart Computer

The first thing you did, did not work then tryed the other one and said unable to reset the winsock catalog access is denied and the first one I don't know if I put it in wrong this is how I put it netsh int ip space /resetlog.txt so again idk if i did it wrong or right.

Do I have to do it like this netsh inp ip reset c:/resetlog.txt because I rly don't know how to use one then restart it
