Hello,

My system got attacked by a virus which made all my app shortcut to appear like notepad documents and any time I try opening it ,it show nonsense words and symbol instead of opening the app
I downloaded 360 security which detected and removed the virus (except two which it says can't be removed and are located in the registry ""C:/program user /smadav/registry "(something like that)
What can I do? do I download another antivirus or format my PC

Hello,

Your flash drive and computer have been infected with a worm.
# Download USB Fix click here
  • Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.

  • Choose "Clean" option.
  • A pop-up will follow
Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...)
  • Once you're ready, click "OK".
  • While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.

The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.
