For your information.

Last month, Microsoft released update 1809 but many reported bugs and problems with the operating system. Microsoft recalled 1809. You may notice that your system will show 1803 as the latest.

Microsoft has fixed the issue and is presently gradually releasing the 1809 update, gradually because Microsoft wishes to see if there is anything they missed in the fix.

It's possible to force the update to download on your machine but we recommend that you be patient and wait.

Windows 10 will automatically download the October 2018 Update on your eligible device if you've turned on automatic updates in Windows Update settings. When the update is ready, you'll be asked to pick a time to install it. After it's installed, your device will be running Windows 10, version 1809.

After updating the windows 10, my windows 10 startup folder not working and I am not able to find out the reason behind this issue. Can anyone tell me why such kind of error has occurred I also checked [another web site] and got to know that some fixes but all are failed to solve this issue?
