Unable to access my email account

My mother is 93 years old and staying with me for a month.

She loves her email, but we can't sign in from my computer. I took screenshots of her computer screen - Inbox - Sent mail - Address book.

I thought that would help when she got here, but it does not recognize my computer. Great security but I'm frustrated.

Can you help me get her signed in remotely?

Hi,

Depending on what is her email provider, she probably could access to her email via webmail.
