Laptop won't load anything or is slow to load

Hello,
My windows 10 hp laptop has the problem of when trying to load anything will take a long time and/or won't load it as well as glitching sometimes
I've done scans of my computer and it says nothing is wrong so idk what to do


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 69.0.3497.100

does you browser have many Apps running in the background?

Is you Internet connection SLOW?

I dont believe so
And it happens on any Wi-Fi source not just mine
