I can't access my messenger / facebook account because it asks to confirm my identity and when I try to confirm it there's a bug / error and it doesn't let me.

Please, please help me.

Hello,

When you try to confirm your identity, what is the error message you receive? Are you able to submit your documents? Please see this article for instructions on recovering your account.

When I try to enter messenger it asks to confirm my identity. Then I click on 'start' but it says my account was deactivated. Then I go to facebook to log in and it says my account was deactivated. I did deactivate my account (but it was like 10 months ago) but it wasn't permanently cause when I used to log in it reactivated automatically. And even with my account 'deactivated' messenger still always worked.
