Acer Aspire fails to boot

Hello,

My Acer Aspire M5301 with Windows 10 fails to boot.
After turning on there is a blank screen, then it beeps once and Logitech keyboard lights up.

Any ideas please?

Take the RAM out, and try to boot, does it still beep once?
