hello,
you should again check the screen resolution.
Close the all open program.
Open the control panel.
Click on system>Display.
Click on resolution drop down box to see a list of recommended resolution for display.
Click on the one who you want to change the screen resolution.
Click on keep changes if you want to new setting. If not then revert.
Restart your computer, i hope this issue have been fix.
If after this process your error persist then adjust the color depth.
