HI,

I tried to download it from the MS Store. I have an account that shows my device is my laptop computer, but when I select any of the Backgammon games that works on a PC, I receive a message that I had no devices. Any ideas on how I can fix this problem?

I think you can try re-log your account and check it again or re-download the game. I get mine from the apknite site. You can try that. That's all I can do tho. Hope it work well for ya.

Don't know much about the apknite but I guess with the pro version, you need to pay to get.

maybe the game app is crashed or not working, try to reinstall that tho.
