What do you do when FB plays games

Hi,

I’ve been locked out of my account since November by Facebook because I canceled a website/email for my business which was my FB user ID. So when Facebook tries to hit my email and they can’t get through, they change your FB password. They also demand that you send them your license or your passport to get back in. Any suggestions with this scenario?

Hi,

Facebook will allow you to use the account only after checking your identity. And, to prove your identity, you have to provide your ID card to Facebook. Once you submit your ID to the social networking company, they will go through it manually and get back to you.
