You can try to remove the battery, let is sit for a while and put it again then turn the phone on. Hope that will work.
Hi. I'm currently using my phone in this forum. The lenovo ideapad in question does not have a removable battery, and currys oc world do not fix them anymore under warranty. Just replace them. There is alot of sentimental things on it and she doesn't have a cloud account.....

The battery for this model is removable but will need a bit of work to do it (see Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-Nn4w6YZh4. If you need to replace battery, check https://www.***************** for laptop replacement parts.
