Hello, I went through the steps it said recovery tools are being launched please wait...... then goes too say discovery disc can’t be found?

System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 605.1

Typially the recovery disk is on the hardrive. If it cannot find it, then recpvery was not tuened on.
