Hello, im running windows 8 and was going to upgrade to windows 10 but im locked out of my administrator account how do i get back into it please

Take the machine to a local technician and have them perform thay task for you.

There are linux builds that will perform this, but it is a very complex operation, and way to much to post here.

Take it to a tech.
