Galaxy s8+ will not sen text message (SMS)

I was in the Developer options could I have possibly did something to cause my s8+ to not be able to send a text?
I can make and receive calls, I can RECEIVE a text but it says messages failed when I try to reply.
I have full access to everything on my phone besides sending a text.
I have reset my phone multiple times

At&t is the original carrier but I have service through Straight Talk now

Contact tech support. They will assist you, I have had to call about my childs device after some configs were mangled.

I have. Also straight Talk sent me a new sim.. mms still won't send.

Call them. You pay for tech support from them. This is not something that we can post a link for a quick fix.
