Somehow my twitter account is “compromised

Please help. Somehow my twitter account is “compromised “ and it appears to be Unfollowspy. I have tried everything to cancel this as I am no longer able to follow anyone and ALL the 26,000+ accounts that I followed. I have lost over 2000 followers. Please help me stop whatever this Ap us doing to my account.

Login to Twitter first. ...
Once logged in top right hand corner you will see a small icon that matches your profile picture, tap this and the settings menu option will appear. ...
From this menu click the revoke access tab this will remove the tool from your account.
