Cannot open messages on my z2

Hello i cannot open my phone messages it keeps saying initialising than kick me out without being able to read the messages. I already tried the *dash*dash# code given but it doesnt work than inserted my sim in a different phone but still nothing.

You must reset your phone, that is the only way.
