To create a new Facebook account

Hello sir,

My previous Facebook account was disabled and there was a message that I am no longer permitted to use Facebook.

Now, I have created a new account without DP and the cover pic. Then I confirmed my identity on Facebook by two-factor authentication and submitted my photo ID.

Just my confirmation of location by post is left. Is my new Facebook account fully verified that it will not be disabled again?

And when I can upload my own pic in DP?

No doubt that it will again be disabled.
