Lg Monitor power save mode issue

My lg monitor keeps going into power save mode. i’ve tried unplugging and plugging back in the power cords on my pc and monitor. and tried different hdmi cords. it worked for about 30 mins and now it won’t stop going into power save mode.

When does ypu desktop go to sleep, or lock? Is it after 30 minutes? Extend the lock time to a longer period.

actually this has been happening since i got my computer back. it was recently shipped to me along with the monitor. so really i can’t even get into my settings to do that :/
