Desktop icons are hidden

Hello,

my desktop icons has been hide/delete and the screen is black on starting system and curser is not clicking right/left. i have tried ctri+shift esc and done all but didn't find icons. how is it possible? please help me


System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 76.0.3809.132

Hi,

Press Ctrl + Alt + Del keys and choose Task Manager. Next, click on File > New Task and type explorer.exe

Then click Ok.
