Screen is upside down

Hello,
My screen has flipped upside down and I cant get it right side up. I have Windows Vista. I have tried pushing the ctrl and alt keys at the same time while then pushing the page up key but that does not work. Any other suggestions on what to try?

Hello,

Pres Alt , Ctrl and Up arrow key at the same time.

I had the same problem.
Thanks to you Sanj I can now look at my laptop without crooking my neck.
