CAP LOCK NOT WORKING CORRECTLY

Hello,
Thank you for any help you can give me.
My problem is that I cannot get my cap lock to work correctly.
There use to be a sound that would let me know when the caps were present
I had tried what was suggested, but it did not correct my problem Logitech cordless`

hi,

turn the keyboard upside-down and then give a tap to make sure that the key is not stucked.

or try another keyboard and see if the problem persists.

there may be a problem with the Caps Lock key.
