Windows XP home shuts down automatically

Hi,

I have a windows xp home machine and i was running norton antivirus on my system and suddenly the computer got shutdown. After that everytime i reboot the system, it shutsdown automatically (2 mins) after loading windows.
I tried to boot in safe mode, but it didnt boot at all. I tried other booting options (including a boot from installation CD), it shutsdown again. Can someone please help to fix this issue?
