Error when im instal the sims 3 with Vista

Hello,middle of instaling the sims 3 my pc send an error about data 5 ....an aftar that instalion closed .....it makes me crzy i dont know what to do ??? :(

hi,

make sure that the CD is free from dirt and scratches.

try to update the driver of your CD drive.

make sure that the game is compatible with windows vista.
