My laptop says I have no audio device

Hello,
My hp zv5000 says I have no audio device I went iunder sound and device it still says I have no audio what can I do to fix the problem I have no sound???//

and download your drivers

Hi i have the same problem, but it won't let me download because conputer in safe mode. How do I get it off safe mode?
