Does my nVidia Geforce g105m run GTA4....? Is it good?Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.12

gta 4 will lag on your computer cuz i have acer aspire 538zg it has 4gb ram ddr3 2ghz dual-core and Geforce g105m and i can only play gta 4 in worst quality if i use atleast medium quality it is lagging.
