Load a program that is saved on disk top

Hello,
I am Selton:
I downloaded a program (Stamps.com) I saved it to my desktop. An icon was placed on my disktop screen.
How do I Install the stamps.com program on my computer?
I know there is a Install program some where but i have not found it yet. Need help. Selton

Hye there,

Just double click on the stamp icon which is displayed on your desktop then run the installation

This is the only way to install a software
