Hard disk asks floppy to boot

Hello,
my pc at first was starting in safe mode . while after it stopped booting in safe mode. it aska for floppy disk every time i boot. i dont know what kind of floppy it demands. it says <error loading>. plz tell me wat to do.

You need to boot from the CD and choose r for repair, then at the command
prompt try chkdsk /f c:
then fixboot
then restart nornmally
