Can upgrade to 2 GB ? need A CONFIRMATION

Hello,
I like to upgrade my notebook computer RAM to 2GB ,Now it has 1.256 RAM . 1GB in one slot 256 on the other . The speed is 266/200pin sodimm .Can I add 2GB by replacing 265 RAM? system configration details are given below
