Help getting rid of a virus

Hello,

I have virus on my computer which keeps starting up a screen saver of a blue screen with code on it, then it shows a pic of windows restarting. I have to keep hitting the escape key to stop it. And also my screensaver options have been removed from control panel so i cant even change it.

Does anyone know how i can get rid of it.
