I can't download skype on my laptop it says erro HTTP 500 ........does anybody known what to do ....help

Well, downgrade to XP or upgrade to 7. Vista sucks.

You can download skype from alternate download link,from kioskea download section :

For the error 500 you can refer to Microsoft support official website:
