Compare and MERGE 2 Worksheets into One

Hello,
I have data in WorkBook #1 which has Columns A, B, C, D, E, and F. I have another Workbook #2 which has Columns A and B. I need to compare the contents of Workbook #2 Column A (string) to the Contents of Workbook #1 Column E (string) and if ANY strings match...ADD the contents of Workbook #2 Column B fo the EXISTING string in Column E, SEPERATED by commas.

I can paste data from the 2 workbooks into ONE WORKBOOK (2 sheets) and have the results show up on a different sheet if this is helpful...they do not need to originate from 2 workbooks.

Can anyone help?
