Computer starts up with black screen.

Hello,
My computer starts up with a black screen but has writing saying what processor I have etc, it has go to bios setup which is the delete key and other settings but nothing works. Please help. Bear in mind I am only 15 years old and I don't know much about computers. Thanks

The computer starts up, it beeps like it usually does etc the lights go on but i cant do anything. please help.
