Problem in configuring outlook exp 4 rediff

Greetings,
I tried to configure outlook express 2007 to access my email account on rediffmail but i failed to do that. i use the following procedure

Click on Tools, Selected Account Settings>new tab>
mention email id
mention password provided by isp
click next
there is three procedure
1. establish the connection completed successfully.
2. search for server settings. (error: an encrypted connection to your mail server is not available)

help me configure it.
