HDD hard error

Hello,
I got the same problem with my Dell Inspiron 6000 - "HDD hard error"

I have a lot of important files on my laptop. Is it possible to recover them? I dont might about the price... I just want to recover my files...

Dear sir,

You just have to go to your bios

Press F2 to enter bios

Try to see if the hard drive is detected,

Or you will have to use another hard drive and connect the hard drive to browse for files

Please contact a technician
