Windows explorer crashes

Hello,
When I am trying to delete a file it gives a message "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" and it gives error signature as
Error Signature
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.3156 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.3520 Offset: 000294e7
Please tell me the way to get rid of this problem

Hello Sir,

Your windows system is corrupted or damaged,

i will recommend you to format your computer and install a fresh windows

Please make sure to update your computer regularly
