Recovery Disc Creator cannot be launched

Hello,

I had purchaed a "Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5928" lap Top in February 2009. It had "Windows Vista Premium Home Edition" OS preinstalled in it.

When I tried to create the "Recovery Disc" for the OS, a window appears displaying the below given Message:

"No HDD Recovery Area!
The Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator can not be launched."

I want to have the Recovery Disc created for my OS. Please suggest on what measures should I take or whom should I contact to get the Disc.

Please help me out.
