How good GTA 4 will run on my computer

Hello,

My system configuration is:-

Processor- AMD Phenom X2 550 Black edition (3.10 GHZ dual core)
Graphic card -ATI Radeon 4670 (1 GB)
Ram - 4GB 800 MHZ Kingston
Hard disk - 400 GB left from 500 GB
Operating system : XP service pack 3/ Vista service pack 1(Both)


Tell me how good GTA 4 can run on my system and on which OS.
