Remove Itunes Logon

Hello,
I just purchased a 8gb 1st gen Iphone. The old owners itunes info is on the phone enabling me to use my own logon. How do I remove the old owners Itunes logon. I went into my itunes on my pc and do not see anywhere to uninstall his info.

It is a integrated file that works together with the device.

You should try formatting it and see whether your problem gets solved.
