Windows restarting problem

Hello,
when i restart my pc it hung up until switched off. i have scanned my computer at least once a day but no infection detected plz help me in solving my problem

Hi there,

remove the memory stick

clean it with an eraser or some alcohol

resit in slot and restart pc
