Dear Babloo,
If your account has been disabled for the fact that you weren't using it for too long, you can create another
one under the same name. They have already cleared the email address in their registry and it is available.
If however it has been disabled for the fact that there was some virus or you were undertaking spamming
through it, you won't be able to have it back. I would be recommending you to contact the Gmail Support
Team in order to have more precise information.
