My magicjack say"Access denied or file in use

Hello,
my magick jack was work in a good way but after 2 months when i plug it in I am getting a note that says " Erorr deploying file magikjack.exe. Access denied or file in use. it can be used by other application or system "
please help me i restarted my laptop thousand time and i still get the same note
what should i do =( ?

Dear Sir,

This means that the application might be working in the background. In order to solve the problem, you should

open the Task Manager by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and kill any associated file running. Then restart your PC

and have it working properly.

what programs should i kill that's whats bothering me..please helep..i have the same problem too
