Lost the menu of my ace mobile phone

Hello,
I have a china phone, ace mobile, mini monte carlo. I resetted it to its factory settings, now the menu doesnt show, and I cannot access anything except making calls and replying to text messages. Please help. Thank you.

Thanks, I reset my phone and I was so afraid I had to pay trying to unlock my phone, but the code works perfectly in my lake tahoe.
