Hello,

My C: hard drive is full, so when Windows XP tries to boot up, there is no room for it to write too,so it stops loading and reboots.

How can I get it to load into something akin to DOS so that I can delete some files?

You can try to get a DOS boot Floppy disk from a friend.

Was able to borrow a utility called HAWK which did the trick, I was able to delete some very large files, and my PC booted up (after going into Safe mode). Good package
