Hello,
i have 5.1channel sound system
my front left & rear right not working

Pixel shader 5.1 - Guide
Sound picker - Guide
Turn off system sounds windows 10 - Guide
Mac show sound in menu bar - Guide
Ps4 turn off controller sound - Guide

Dear Danny,

Please have the problem fixed by getting through the below link:

Control Panel> Sound and Audio Devices> Volume Tab> Advanced options>

Speakers Tab> and hence set the settings to 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers.

This will solve the matter.
