Access for the guest account

Hello,
I am having Windows XP with 2 accounts in my PC.One is an administrator it's working properly.Other one is a guests, but from the guest account some programs can't open. same programs can be open from administrator.how can I give authority for the guest? Pl help me.

Dear Upali,

Please get to the Users Account in the Control Panel. Then select "Create A New Account".

Follow the instructions and select Administrator account in Account Type. This will allow you

to have same privilege settings as the Administrator.
