How to convert image file to document file

this is jaga i have to convert image file to document file please tell me how

Dear Jaga,

Please get to File dropdown menu and select save as.

Then enter the name in and the format as below:

example.doc

You will have to enter the required format for it

to save the file in the specific format.

i have tried that, but i really want to convert the image letters like scaned image file to a text or document that can be read easily
